A renowned Hotel is currently looking for a Hotel Shift Supervisor. The Hotel is a major player in the popular sector of destination Hotels, commanding spectacular view. A dynamic and focused Hotel Supervisor, passionate about customer service, yet strong enough to supervise team members, is desired to join this leading Hotel.

Main tasks and duties:
- Supervising staff
- Managing the reception operation of the Hotel
- Checking in and out of guests
- Making reservations
- Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Up-selling the hotel and services to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Friendly, careful and responsible person.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage others
