LOCATION OF POSITION: Dublin (Dublin) / Ireland
Salary: £38,000 a year

Once safe to return to the office you will be based at the front desk and have responsibility for:

    • Managing the switchboard
    • Welcoming VIP clients and visitors and tending to their needs
    • Managing security and health and safety
    • Dealing with any maintenance issues and contractors
    • Managing and setting up meeting rooms and catering
    • Looking after deliveries and post
    • Providing general admin support
    • Ad hoc private duties such as personal shopping for gifts

  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Highly analytical & strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic & flexible working attitude
