LOCATION OF POSITION: Dublin, Ireland
The role of Computer Operator is all about creating the best first and last edition of data reports and packages. It involves duties such as typing, reading and replying to emails, creating reports, some invoicing, and operating office machines.
Previous experience working in a similar position would be desirable, although full training is provided. Looking for candidates who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with the staff and the customers, and to be able to understand assigned tasks in order to perform effectively.
Tasks and duties will include:
- Typing
- Reading and replying to emails
- Creating reports
- Basic invoicing
- Operate office machines: computer, colour photocopier, scanner and fax machine
Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- English communication skills
